  • What do I need to do if I want to purchase an admission ticket? +

    Morgan’s Inspiration Island splash park’s capacity is limited. It is strongly suggested that everyone including current Morgan’s Members purchase their tickets online. This will guarantee entry into Morgan’s Inspiration Island. Visiting Morgan’s Inspiration Island without purchasing tickets online may cause delay or denial of entry when the park is at full capacity.

    Admission to Morgan’s Inspiration Island includes all five splash pads and the River Boat Adventure ride. Food, merchandise, cabanas and lockers are optional and available for an additional charge.

    Entry to Morgan’s Inspiration Island is not included in your Morgan’s Wonderland admission unless you purchase a Dual Admission ticket or a Morgan’s Inspiration Island Twilight ticket. Click here to purchase tickets.
  • What if I made a reservation online and cannot come on the day I reserved? +

    If you are unable to visit Morgan’s Inspiration Island on your reserved day, you must notify us within 1 hour after Morgan’s Inspiration Island park-opening time, or you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Do I need to pay if I am just spectating? +

    Yes. Morgan’s Inspiration Island is a participatory park, and you will need to show proof of purchase for entry into Morgan’s Inspiration Island.
  • Can I leave and re-enter Morgan’s Inspiration Island? +

    Guests may leave and re-enter Morgan’s Inspiration Island, however, due to capacity limitations, Morgan’s Inspiration Island may close and may affect your re-entry into the splash park.
  • Can I use my own wheelchair or walker in the water? +

    You may use your own wheelchair at Morgan’s Inspiration Island, however it is not recommended. Morgan’s Wonderland and Morgan’s Inspiration Island are not responsible for any damage to your personal wheelchair or personal items. Individuals with physical limitations are strongly recommended to use our specially- designed waterproof wheelchairs and accessible waterproof strollers. We have a limited quantity of complimentary waterproof wheelchairs for use on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Are changing rooms available, and are they wheelchair-accessible? +

    There are 7 accessible changing rooms with adult-sized changing tables. Two of these rooms are equipped with Hoyer lifts for transferring purposes. We also offer 4 (typical) changing rooms for those who do not need assistance while changing clothes. They are all located near the entrance to Morgan’s Inspiration Island.
  • What is the Morgan’s Inspiration Island bad weather policy? +

    For guest safety, certain attractions may need to close during severe weather such as lightning storms, heavy rain or high winds. Depending on the severity of the storm, the River Boat Adventure ride, splash pads and other attractions will re-open only after safe operations can be assured.

    During a light mist, or if we experience a large storm the night before, Morgan’s Inspiration Island may delay its opening time. We do our best to update our website and social media at least 2 hours before scheduled opening time to let our guests know whether or not we will open or remain open.
  • Can I bring my own food or beverages into Morgan’s Inspiration Island? +

    No coolers, outside food or beverages are allowed within Morgan’s Inspiration Island except food required for medical purposes, baby food or baby formula.

    Guests can purchase food and beverages at two conveniently located outlets--the Rusty Anchor Galley Grub and Little Italy Bistro. Food purchased at these outlets must be eaten in the designated eating areas only and cannot be taken onto the splash pads or River Boat Adventure ride.
  • Can I rent a stroller? +

    Morgan’s Inspiration Island does not have strollers available for rent. You may bring in your own strollers, but designated stroller parking is not available. Strollers are not allowed on splash pads.
  • Do I need to wear water shoes? +

    Water shoes are not required at Morgan’s Inspiration Island, but are strongly recommended.
  • What if a member of my party requires special swim diapers? Can they still enjoy the splash pads and River Boat Adventure ride? +

    Yes. Guests needing special swim diapers are welcome to enjoy Morgan’s Inspiration Island! Complimentary swim diapers are available for special-needs guests who may need them and also will be available for other guests at a nominal charge. Please inquire with a park attendant for more information.
  • What is the proper attire for Morgan’s Inspiration Island? +

    Morgan’s Inspiration Island is a family-friendly environment. All guests inside Morgan’s Inspiration Island must wear appropriate swimwear. Clothing with zippers, buckles, buttons, denim and rivets is prohibited.
  • Where is the first aid station located? +

    The first aid station is located near the Morgan’s Inspiration Island main entrance.
  • What forms of payment do you accept at Morgan's Inspiration Island? +

    We accept cash and major credit cards at all food and retail locations. A minimum purchase is required on credit card purchases.
  • Are ATMs available? +

    There is one ATM located near the Tortuga Bay restrooms.
  • Are service animals allowed at Morgan’s Inspiration Island? +

    Service animals are welcome at Morgan’s Inspiration Island, however under no circumstances are they allowed on the splash pads. There is a designated service animal relief area located at Tortuga Bay where waste-disposal bags are available. Owners must accompany their service animals to the designated service animal relief area.

    Pets that are not service animals are not permitted within Morgan’s Inspiration Island.
  • Will Joy’s Fast Pass be implemented at the River Boat Adventure ride? +

  • Are there places to sit at Morgan’s Inspiration Island? +

    Seating is available throughout the splash park on a first-come, first-served basis. Chairs may not to be moved from splash pads to other areas of the park. Please do not bring beach or lawn chairs to the park. They are not permitted and you will be asked to leave them in your vehicle.
  • Are the splash pads safe? +

    Our park attendants supervise all water attractions and activities for a safe and enjoyable guest experience. There is no pool/swimmable water; therefore, no lifeguards are on duty.
  • What is the chlorination level used in the water? +

    The chlorine levels have been set to Health Department standards in order to maintain the pH level of water between 7.2 and 7.8.
  • Are lockers available to rent? +

    Guests can rent lockers for an additional charge. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A security deposit will be required for all locker rentals. Please see a park attendant for locker rental information. Morgan’s Wonderland and Morgan’s Inspiration Island and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
  • Do any of the splash pads offer warmer-water conditions? +

    The water temperature in Rainbow Reef splash pad can measure between 90 and 94 degrees depending on outside temperatures.
  • Are towels/sunscreen provided at Morgan’s Inspiration Island? +

    The park does not provide sunscreen or towels to park guests. Guests are welcome to bring their own or purchase these items in our Surf Shack Gifts and Gear shop.
  • Is there a lost and found? +

    Lost and found is located at Morgan’s Wonderland. Please ask a park attendant for assistance, or call guest services at 210-495-5888. All items left at Morgan’s Inspiration Island will be moved to Morgan’s Wonderland. Unclaimed items will be donated to non-profit organizations after a two-week period. Morgan’s Wonderland and Morgan’s Inspiration Island and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
