Volunteering at Morgan’s Wonderland brings good people together to enhance the lives of our friends with special needs!
Morgan’s Wonderland depends on the generosity of volunteers to keep the park an economical and safe place to play and learn. Annually the park needs well over 100,000 hours of volunteer expertise.
Volunteering at Morgan’s Wonderland is perfect for:
- Individuals such as retirees, stay at home moms, and students
- Civic, Church and Youth Groups
- Businesses and Corporations getting involved in their local community
To Volunteer You Must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Complete the on-line or paper application
- Complete a background check and volunteer orientation
- Agree to Terms and Conditions for volunteering
Be a part of our Core Volunteer Team. We are looking for a special group of individuals and organizations willing to make Morgan’s Wonderland a priority throughout the year.
Core Volunteer Team requirements for an Individual:
- A regular dedication of a 4-hour volunteer shift, 4-times a month or more
- The desire to learn about enhancing the lives of friends with special needs
- The ability to be a member of a team who learns and advocates to other volunteers park policies, rules and safety standards
Core Volunteer Team requirements for Organizations:
- Must have a designated leader/ contact person
- Is 6 people or more at one time
- Should not exceed 15 people in one open time slot
- Must be able to dedicate four park calendar days of volunteer work from March to December.
- Each park calendar day must consist of a 4-hour open time slot pre-arranged through the volunteer coordinator
Volunteers for Special Event and Projects: Sometimes it is hard for a group to dedicate their team multiple times a year or have a group who would rather help in other means. These groups can be organized through the volunteer coordinator to take care of various tasks throughout the year.
- Perfect for the group who wants to be part of a single day task
- Events such as the 5K Race for Inclusion, School Days and Free To Soar Gala
- Big jobs like landscaping, parking guides and attraction detail cleaning

Terms & Conditions Applicable to Submission of Volunteer Application to MW
The information submitted in Volunteer’s completed Volunteer Application and all associated verification documents shall be and is the property of MW, and will be handled in accordance with MW’s Privacy Policy. No such information will be transferred or sold to any third party, but may be utilized by MW and/or its agents in all lawful manners, including in the investigation of the accuracy of such information.
- By submitting a completed Volunteer Application to MW, Volunteer represents that all information provided therein is complete, true and accurate.
- Volunteer acknowledges that MW reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information contained in Volunteer’s completed Volunteer Application, and consents to MW and/or its agents conducting any and all reasonable investigation of the accuracy of such information. In some instances, the references listed may be contacted by telephone or e-mail.
- Completion and/or submission of the Volunteer Application neither obligates Volunteer to perform any services, nor obligates MW to utilize Volunteer’s services.
- To the extent that Volunteer is not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the United States, volunteer certifies that he/she has all appropriate immigration documents to verify Volunteer’s authorization to be present in the United states.
