Join us for the Morgan's Wonderland Race for Inclusion 5K Run at SeaWorld featuring a free Shamu Show after the run!

Runner Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up and late registration begins at 6 am on Saturday, December 11, 2010 and will continue until the fun run begins at 7:30 am.

You may only pick up your own race packet and number at Sea World on Saturday morning. NO EXCEPTIONS! Photo ID required.

Race Times & Fees

5K Fun Run/Walk begins at 7:30 a.m.	Cost $25
5K Timed Run begins at 8:15 a.m.	Cost $35
Non-Participant Fee – includes entry into the park during the race and admission to the Post-Race Shamu Show	$15 per person (children in strollers are free)

How to Register

You may still register the morning of the race at Sea World or drop of a completed form with your check at either Morgan's Wonderland or STAR Soccer by noon on Friday, December 10, 2010

How To Switch Races

Switch from the Fun Run to the Timed Race

If you would like to switch from the Fun Run to the Timed Race, you will need to pay a $10 upgrade fee at Packet Pickup.

Switch from the Timed Race to the Fun Run

You don’t have to do anything special, just don’t wear your timing tag on the day of the race. (there are no refunds of the $10 upgrade fee)

Rules / Requirements

• Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
• Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, you may not give or sell your race number to anyone else, and you may not transfer your 2010 entry fee to future races.
• If you attempt to sell your race number, you may be banned from future events.
• There is no minimum or maximum age to participate in the Timed Race or Fun Run.
• You must show photo ID to receive your race number and timing chip.
• You must pick up your own race packet and race number at the packet pickup location. Race numbers are required to participate.
• No coaches, bikes, in-line skates, skateboards or dogs will be allowed on the course.

Cancellations

Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You may not give or sell your number to anyone else. You also may not transfer your application to the following year or another event.

Time Limits

The Fun Run will begin approximately 45 minutes prior to the Timed Race to give participants plenty of time to complete the Race prior to the Shamu Show. The Timed Race will have a finish time under 40 minutes prior to the Awards Ceremony and Shamu Show beginning. Participants that take longer than 40 minutes, should participate in the Fun Run.

Parking

Free Parking for the Run is available in the main SeaWorld Parking Lot.

Start Line Information

Fun Run will start at 7:30 a.m. Timed Race will start at 8:15 a.m.

Everyone who will finish in more than 40 minutes is encouraged to start with the Fun Run so that they can be a part of the Awards Ceremony and Shamu Show. You can still be timed during the fun run so that your name can appear on the results page. We are encouraging those runners who run a sub six minute mile to start towards the front of the race and those who run slower to start further back. Times will be based on chip times from when you cross the start until you cross the finish. In order to be listed on the results page, you have to be registered for the Timed Run. The Finish Line will be right in front of Shamu Stadium.

Information Booths and Lost & Found

Information booths will be positioned at the start and finish lines to assist with any race day questions and serve as the race-day Lost & Found.

• Any items found at the start or finish should be turned in to the Information Booth and can be retrieved at the finish.
• Valuables turned in from the start will be transported to the finish.

Age Group Awards

The top three finishers in each age divisions for the Timed Race will also receive awards for both male and female categories. All age group awards will be presented prior to the Shamu Show.  In accordance with USATF Rules, awards will be determined by chip time.
